Based on the user personas that were identified, an information and needs-oriented information architecture was designed that makes COMLINE's offerings clearly and quickly accessible. A sticky layer enables the user to contact COMLINE easily and in any context of use. A large-scale key visual with a fan slider enables the attention-grabbing presentation of focus topics, which draws the user directly into further content. The best prerequisite for converting the user into a lead.
In order to be optimally equipped for the "War for Talents", every company, especially if it is active in the IT sector, must be able to authentically present why potential applicants should work for their company of all companies. It is undisputed that the company website now plays a decisive role not only in the application process itself, but also in the decision-making process. It is important to address both the applicant who is actively searching and the interested party who does not yet even know that he or she will soon be applying. In order to do justice to these personas, on the one hand a direct and uncomplicated contact, including a digitalized application process, and on the other hand content that attractively presents the company must be offered.
That's why we gave the COMLINE website an attractive, modern and clearly structured design. In the blog section, interested parties can find the stories about COMLINE that make it stand out as a company and bring people and their work culture to life. This is the content that ultimately makes a big contribution to a candidate's decision for or against a commitment.
A chat module that allows users to contact COMLINE HR employees directly or leave their contact details enables the spontaneous and, above all, intuitive dialog that is so important in the digital medium.
We realized the technical implementation on the basis of the easy-to-use multi-channel user experience suite Pimcore5, which allows COMLINE to independently edit and continuously add information to the site.
With the website relaunch, we created a digital destination platform for COMLINE that channels the different user interests and helps convert prospects to leads and high potentials to candidates.
In a next step, the complete CRM communication and nurturing processes (structured process for new customer acquisition ) will now be digitized and integrated.
