For many years I have been working in the areas of personal development and new work. Both areas are becoming more and more important for our development in business and in dealing with "knowledge workers". The development of individuals is as important in detail as the development of the company. In the information age it is not possible to be successful without trusting employees and distributing tasks and responsibilities. This requires a strong rethinking and willingness to learn on the part of all involved. Through the experiences as a trainer as well as the cooperation with colleagues and friends I found out that I have a talent to convey contents and to accompany people on their way, to learn and to support the genesis.
KEOZ GmbH - Mönchengladbach
KEOZ GmbH, then still under the name real-digital-agency, approached me back in 2019. Despite very good talks, I did not take up the position. The reasons for this were the then uncertain status of the parent company "real,-". Nevertheless, we always stayed in good contact, which is why I decided to switch to KEOZ GmbH after all.

ORT Interactive GmbH - Krefeld
At the height of Corona, I took over the team management for a team of over 20 people. After several months of preliminary discussions with the then managing director and disclosure of my working method (New-Work), I took up the position. Here I took over a quarreling team under probably the most difficult conditions. Together with the team, processes and working methods were developed to make cooperation possible again. This also included the reorientation of parts of the team.
During this time, projects of customers from different industries (medicine, telecommunications, banking, etc.) were successfully implemented. With the good experiences from the past, I introduced Pimcore, which resulted in the silver partnership with Pimcore, trained employees and successfully implemented projects. In addition to the tasks as a team leader, I took over tasks from the areas of consulting, project management and software development.
Unfortunately, we had different opinions on certain processes and topics, which did not fit together, so it was decided together in good faith to go separate ways.
IHK Düsseldorf
The promotion of people, regardless of age, gender or origin, has always been important to me. For a long time, the topics of personality development in my private life occupied me and I increasingly realized that I have a positive influence on people by standing by them at the right moments. Now, due to the departure of the trainer at anyMOTION GRAPHICS GmbH, the opportunity arose to take on this role. So I completed the training according to AEVO and became a trainer. I gladly take over the responsibility of the trainer in order to give young people a good start into their professional life and to protect them from being abused as cheap labor.

After a short time I took over the responsibility for all topics around the development of Symfony and Pimcore projects. This was accompanied by the responsibility for the training and coordination of 7 team members in the area of development, 2 team members in the area of conception and design as well as several team members in project management. After my time out, it was important for me to do something for myself. I wanted to turn my back on retail and wholesale and do what I enjoyed more. So I decided to catch up on my training as an application developer. The training period was two years, 6 months of which had to be completed practically in a company.

I hear again and again from people who miss the school days and can remember very well those who profezeiten me that this is also the case with me. As of today (2022), that is not the case. I repeated the 7th grade. My teachers described me as being upbeat, I rather as being hungry for knowledge. The answer "Because I say so!" to the question why something is so, I did not accept then, I do not accept today and will never accept from. After school and on weekends, I worked at GRAVIS Computervertriebsgesellschaft mbH in Bielefeld, Germany, after completing a student internship in the 9th grade. Here I was able to develop my interest in IT through colleagues and work.

In the winter of 1998 I got access to a computer for the first time. My father got a decommissioned office computer. A 486 with Intel's i486-DX2 and 66Mhz. I remember how proud I was the first time I successfully started and played the game "The Settlers". But soon my interest was directed to the functionality. I tried to overclock the processor and write own small programs. This succeeded me sometimes better and also quite sometimes worse. So my interest in IT was born.
